Transport

Tuesday, 24 September

A chartered coach will depart at 8.15 a.m. from the coach stop in Jardin Anglais, between the Flower Clock (Horloge Fleurie) and the Mont-Blanc bridge, in Geneva. Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes earlier. If you are delayed, kindly inform Alyssa Petretti as soon as possible (+41 79 464 73 27).


Wednesday, 25 September

The coach will depart from the Hôtel des Horlogers at 2 p.m. and should arrive in Geneva (same place as departure) around 3.30 p.m. depending on the traffic.

Parking

If you come with your own car, please use the hotel's outdoor parking (free of charge). Alternatively, you may use the indoor parking for CHF 25 per day. Please arrive by 9.45 a.m. in time for welcome coffee.


Accommodation & check-in

  • Please note that you will only get access to your room after the team-building activity (at around 5.30 p.m.).

  • In the meantime, your bags will be kept safe and taken to your room.

  • The Bank will cover the costs of meals, accommodation and local taxes; any incidental costs are to be covered by you. Your credit card will be required at check-in.


Team-building activity

  • Dress code: It’s recommended to wear outdoor sports attire. Opt for a sports t-shirt and leggings or cycling shorts, avoiding loose-fitting trousers and t-shirts (for safety reasons). Sneakers or closed-toe shoes are required (flip-flops are not appropriate). Please bring a rain jacket or windbreaker in case of bad weather.

  • Please pack your team-building clothes in a separate bag, which you can take with you to the restaurant for lunch.

  • You must be able to swim.
